Can I return my dress in a custom size?

The dress in custom size is designed for you. That means once it has been completed, no one else can wear it. So we are so sorry that we can not accept returns for custom dresses. We completely understand your feelings. So please make sure your size is correct before placing orders. Please read our guidelines and measurements carefully before submitting your order.

Sometimes you may encounter some special circumstances, such as a wedding or prom being cancelled. You no longer need the dress, we recommend you keep it for your next big events.

Although you are not permitted to return the custom size dresses, please don't worry too much. If it is difficult for you to wear the dress you ordered, we will provide reimbursement to you according to the cost of change at the local tailors, the proportion is as follows:

Up to £35 of reimbursement for dress price less than £99
Up to £50 of reimbursement for dress price between £100-£199
Up to £75 of reimbursement for dress price over £200
